Terms for using the Image to Video AI generator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to imagetovideo.org and the Image to Video image generation, image editing, and image-to-video services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Image generation and image-to-video service description

The Service uses AI models to create or edit images and to generate short videos from source images and text prompts. Available models, formats, clip lengths, processing times, credit costs, and other features may change as the Service evolves.

AI output is probabilistic. Results may differ between attempts and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, unexpected similarities, or content you did not request. We do not guarantee that output will meet a particular creative, technical, legal, or commercial requirement. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.

Account eligibility and security

You must meet the minimum age required to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer access in a way that bypasses account or credit controls. Notify support@imagetovideo.org promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Rights required for uploaded images and prompts

You retain the rights you already hold in source images, prompts, and other material you submit ("Input"). You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process Input solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to produce the output you request.

You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to upload and process Input. This includes permission related to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, biometric information, and any recognizable person depicted. Do not upload confidential material unless you are authorized to have it processed by our providers.

Acceptable use for AI images and generated videos

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law, facilitate wrongdoing, or violate sanctions or export restrictions.
• Exploit, sexualize, endanger, or impersonate a minor.
• Create non-consensual intimate content or content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or invade privacy.
• Deceive people about a material fact, commit fraud, manipulate civic processes, or misrepresent generated media as verified evidence.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Upload malware, probe security, evade limits, automate abusive traffic, scrape restricted data, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer protected parts of the Service or resell access without written permission.
• Generate or distribute content that is otherwise prohibited by the policies displayed in the Service.

We may block inputs or outputs, limit generations, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, or maintain system security.

Prepaid AI generation credits and payment terms

Paid generations use prepaid credits. The checkout page states the pack price, number of credits, currency, and applicable taxes before purchase. Unless a different term is shown at checkout, purchased credits remain valid for 365 days and do not renew automatically.

Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use eligible features. They are not money, do not earn interest, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credit consumption varies by model, media type, duration, and settings; the applicable amount is shown in the product interface or pricing information. A submitted generation may consume credits once processing begins, including when the resulting media does not match your creative preference.

Purchases are handled by third-party payment providers. You authorize the stated charge and agree to provide current billing information. Taxes, foreign-exchange fees, or payment-provider charges may apply. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy shown at purchase, completed credit purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable.

Ownership and permitted use of generated output

As between you and Image to Video, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not claim ownership of the specific output generated for you ("Output"). This does not transfer rights in third-party material and does not guarantee that copyright or another exclusive right exists in AI-generated content.

You are responsible for determining whether Input and Output may be used for your intended purpose. Before commercial use, review the terms of the selected model, check for third-party rights, verify factual or product claims, and add disclosures where law or platform policy requires them. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users.

The Service software, interfaces, branding, site design, documentation, and original editorial content remain owned by Image to Video or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or software.

Content handling and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, Input, Output, transactions, cookies, and service activity are handled. By using the Service, you acknowledge that AI and infrastructure providers may process Input and Output to complete requested tasks.

Service availability and changes

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue models and features. Generation may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, provider capacity, safety checks, network failures, or events beyond our control. We may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability or prevent abuse. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated media; download important files after generation.

Suspension and account termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay a valid charge, or used the Service abusively. Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Termination ends your right to use the Service. Provisions concerning payments, rights, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and Output are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation where those disclaimers are permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image to Video and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these image-to-video terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. The date above identifies the current version. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it through the Service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where legally permitted.
